Impressively positioned on a hillside amongst olive grove, this magnificent Villa is really a modern mansion, designed in a classic style. The villa’s beautiful designed layout, combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, creates a very special and exclusive setting.
The villa provides as extra service 5 bicycles and 2 children seats free of charge for family strolls in the village. The swimming pool is cleaned with the use of ozone, a modern eco-friendly system, which uses a minimum of chemicals.
It is located little outside of Agia Triada village, one kilometer away from the village of Adele, and 11 km from Rethymnon. The nearest sandy beach is only 3km away with a wide variety of tourism amenities. Many shops and tavernas can be found in the beach village of Adelianos Kampos, and in the town of Rethymnon. This is a quiet relaxing place set in wonderful natural surroundings.
The villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms is suitable for up to 8 people and has a versatile layout to suit a variety of guests’ requirements. As you enter the villa there is the living/dining room area, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a WC/bathtub shower. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary accessories and is open plan to a wonderful spacious living room with fireplace. Every room has its own balcony with furniture and a magnificent view over the mountains.

Access to the second level can be utilized by the marble stair. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, the first on the right includes double bed, large closet and bathroom/WC/bathtub shower with a washing/dried machine. The second has a queen bed with bathroom/WC/bathtub shower. The third one includes double bed with bathroom/WC/shower.
Outside there is sun terrace and a swimming pool (45sqm) replete with children pool, sun beds and umbrellas and a tennis court. The garden provides a beautiful area for dining and generally relaxing in stunning surroundings.
The villa has the benefit of telephone, internet support services as well as Satellite TV and A/C. There is a spacious parking area. We do consider a car to be essential.
