These five newly built houses are situated in the village of Sfakaki, approx. 10km from the city Rethymno and only 200m from the beautiful sandy beach. Three of the villas have a private swimming pool.

The three villas with the swimming pool (40sqm) have also a BBQ area and sun beds. Two of the villas without swimming pool are occupied by the owners.

The supermarket and bus stop are in 2 minutes walking distance. A car is not considered to be essential unless you wish to explore the island.

This villa satisfies all visitors’ tastes. Its location is near archeological sites, small gorges, walking and cycling routes in nature and a short drive away from sandy beaches.

The villa provides as extra service 5 bicycles and 2 children seats free of charge for family strolls in the village. The swimming pool is cleaned with the use of ozone, a modern eco-friendly system, which uses a minimum of chemicals.

Iconic architecture expertly developed

Each villa (130sqm) is suitable for 6-7 people and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with a full equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.), a comfortable seating area with fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player, Stereo and a dining table. There are also one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom/WC. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where two more bedrooms are, one with double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom/WC with a Jacuzzi-bath. On the corridor is a build-in closet, where the washing machine and a small fridge are. Each villa offers also air conditioning, iron and ironing board and patio furniture.
