These two newly built Cretan style stone houses are situated between the villages of Loutra and Pagalochori in around 11km from Rethymno.

Both villas are in a two floor layout in the same style of indoor design and accommodation facilities, each one with private swimming pool with hydro-massage and large garden. Each villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 to 8 persons.

This villa satisfies all visitors’ tastes. Its location is near archeological sites, small gorges, walking and cycling routes in nature and a short drive away from sandy beaches.

The villa provides as extra service 5 bicycles and 2 children seats free of charge for family strolls in the village. The swimming pool is cleaned with the use of ozone, a modern eco-friendly system, which uses a minimum of chemicals.

Iconic architecture expertly developed

On the ground floor there are two twin bedded bedrooms and a Shower/WC room and on the first floor there is one twin bedded and one double bedded bedroom with TV and Bathroom/WC with bathtub. There is an open plan living/dining room with well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and toaster. A sitting area arranged with sofas and TV corner around the fireplace give a warm atmosphere of the living room. All rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used as a heating in the winter time. Both villas have large verandas on the ground and the upper floors with dining areas and coffee corners for resting with the panoramic sea and mountain views.
