This villa is a beautiful stone house with all modern facilities. The villa is situated in the village Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno. This impressive stone house includes a private 41sqm with a private swimming pool with children’s end hydro-massage with tanning beds and a BBQ area. The villa’s beautiful designed layout, combined with a fabulous location offering panoramic views over the mountains, sea, and olive groves, creates a very special and exclusive setting.

This villa satisfies all visitors’ tastes. Its location is near archeological sites, small gorges, walking and cycling routes in nature and a short drive away from sandy beaches.

The villa provides as extra service 5 bicycles and 2 children seats free of charge for family strolls in the village. The swimming pool is cleaned with the use of ozone, a modern eco-friendly system, which uses a minimum of chemicals.

Iconic architecture expertly developed

It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms suitable for 8 people. The entrance leads to the spacious open plan living/dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable sitting area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc and has also a balcony. Also on this floor is one bedroom with twin beds and a shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where three more bedrooms are.

The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC with a hydro-massage bathtub; the other two have twin beds. Another spacious bathroom with a washing machine and a bathtub is on this floor. Each bedroom has a balcony with wonderful views to the sea and mountains and all are air-conditioned. The villa has also a big beautiful rooftop of 30sqm, where you can enjoy the magnificent views to the sea, the mountain and the city of Rethymno and relax.
