The house (44 sq.m) is built in simple traditional Cretan-style, on two open levels, with an interior staircase leading to an open plan sleeping area with a double bed (low ceiling!). On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (including a washing machine) and a dining area, off which there is a sleeping area with a single bed and a bathroom with shower/WC. 

The property has air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi. There are 2 large patios outside, ensuring shade throughout the day – ideal for dining al fresco, as you watch the sun set behind Sitia. The nearest beach is approx. 300m. The town of Sitia with shops, cafes, bars and tavernas is approx. 1,7km, the hospital 3km and Sitia airport 7km. Car hire essential.
