Arhontariki villa takes its name by the special room on a monastery where the monks host their valuable visitors. The Villa is built in three levels and it offers all modern amenities is suitable for up to 8 people. It is located next to a lovely traditional taverna, 1km from the beach.

It consists of three spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the second floor, one more double bedroom on the first floor and another double bed in the open plan sitting area on the ground floor. Moreover, a lovely living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen are available on the first floor, while an open plan sitting area, a ham am, a fitness and play room are offered on the ground floor. The Villa offers four bathrooms in total, one with shower on the ground floor, one with bathtub on the first floor and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub on the second floor. On the ground/pool level, a fitness and play room, a ham am (large oriental style bathroom), a spacious sitting area with TV and a comfortable bed are provided. Upstairs, a stylish living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a fine dining area, as well as one comfortable bedroom and a bathroom are available.

Additionally, air-condition or central heating, wireless internet, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, radio, telephone, fitness room, play room, ham am and safe box are provided. In the fully-equipped kitchen, there are refrigerator, 4 ring stove, hob, grill, oven, as well as dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.

In the pretty outside, a colourful grassy garden with palm trees, lemon trees, bougainvilleas and many other flowers and plants, a big private sea view swimming pool with sun lounges and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue area are available. Large balconies and verandas in each floor, all equipped with patio furniture, offer fascinating views of the blue sea and the beautiful landscape.
