Villa Antonios (230 sqm) stands in the centre of the complex and is suitable for 8 people. It has four bedrooms, the forth bedroom is in the basement which has 3 single beds and a shower/WC, next is the playroom with billiard. The two bedrooms are on the upper floor, one has a double bed, the other one with one single bed, the two bedrooms share a bathroom with Jacuzzi-bathtub. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with twin beds and en-suite shower/WC. Entering the villa there is a big open plan living/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV, comfortable sitting area, sofa bed and fully equipped modern kitchen (microwave, electric stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table). Villa Antonios also offers satellite TV in the bedrooms, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, solar boiler, safe, security system (alarm) and private parking. There is also a spacious terrace with patio furniture, which leads to the pool with hydro-massage (40qm).

Iconic architecture expertly developed

On the property centre is there is a big square, where everyone can get together and events on request can be organized. There is also a kafenion, which is a small traditional building, which offers coffee and refreshments and also traditional products, such as raki. Furthermore there is a barbecue area with traditional oven. Next to the complex there is a small church, built around 100 years ago.

The nearest beach is in Stavromenos which is 5km from the house. Supermarket, shops, taverns can be reached in 3km distance in Viran Episkopi and in the village of Skouloufia in walking distance there are several cafeterias and local dishes taverns.
